Pricing is based on location and square footage and is listed below. There is a turn around of 24-48 hours to get the scan back once the whole house is scanned. Please contact us for any questions.
0-1999 Sq Foot: $199
2000-2999: $299
3000-3999: $375
4000-4999: $475

Details of Services
Payment:
-We accept cash or credit at the time of service.
-Payment must be received in full before your 3D Interactive Tour and/or Photos/Videos are delivered.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your appointment, we request a 24 hour notice. If you give less than 24 hours notice or repeatedly cancel appointments, we will require a $75 non-refundable security deposit to reserve your next appointment.
*If adverse weather conditions arise, please give us a call to reschedule your photo shoot. If you decide to keep your original appointment but feel you need a “re-shoot” later, a fee will incur for any return trip to the property.
No Shows:
If you do not show up for your appointment or if you show up so late that the shoot has to be cancelled, you will be charged a $75.00 trip fee that must be paid in full before we can schedule another shoot.
